Our online ordering service is hosted on a secure-server, so you can be confident that when you send your details they will be held in a safe environment. Once our order has been processed the details are permanently removed from the website.


Some items in the accessories section are not tested to toy safety standards but are fancy dress goods. They should not be purchased for children under 36 months. Care should be taken if purchased for children aged between 3 and 5 years. All items we consider to be reasonably safe when used in the correct fashion.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information we collect about you to process your orders and keep you up to date of new products and special promotions. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information that you have given us. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.

Delivery Promise

Please allow approximately 7 days for delivery but if you need your order for a specific date please let us know in the comments box on the order form but please give us plenty of notice as it is not always possible to send goods out next day delivery.

If an item is temporarily unavailable for any reason or has a longer lead time, then you will be notified of the revised despatch date and given the opportunity to cancel your order. Your credit card will be debited prior to despatch of your order.

Supply of Goods

Due to the nature of our product range we are unable to guarantee the availability of products. If an item is no longer available, then you will be notified and given the opportunity to choose an alternative item or cancel your order. We reserve the right to change colours and fabrics at our discretion.


The price you pay is the price shown in the checkout section of our website at the time you place your order. If an error in pricing occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.


We accept the return of all items only if they are returned within 14 days and in their original packaging and condition. Under these circumstances we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (less delivery charge.) You will be responsible for the cost of the postage to return the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected. It is recommended that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods.
